PANTHEROur PANTHER large-format linear line array loudspeakers made their debut at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre this weekend, powering a stellar performance by Joe Russo’s Almost Dead. At the request of JRAD FOH Peter Costello, Denver’s Production Services International (PSI) provided the system, and PSI owner Alan Hart shared his excitement on the results.
“It was like sitting in a studio. All instruments had their own space, and we were getting the bass and mid-bass clear to the top of Red Rocks. Peter (Costello) had it dialed in. The sound quality was over the top,” Hart said after the pair of shows. Hart added that the deployment and load out were both super quick which was a plus for the production team.
The iconic Morrison, CO venue is regarded as one of the most beautiful and prestigious amphitheaters in the US.
