During Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) in August, the event partnered with Boozt.com to power the Copenhagen Fashion Week x Boozt.com show at Forum Copenhagen. The biannual show occurs every January and August and is Scandinavia’s only fashion week.
The CPHFW x Boozt.com Show is one of Denmark’s largest fashion and music events, which hosted four musical performances by local acts Medina, Soleima, Soon, and Skinz. The fashion portion showed off the latest in Danish and international fashion that is available now.
The August 5th evening show was powered by a Meyer Sound system, provided by local rental partners ShowTech Event Group. The system configuration consisted of 10 JM‑1P loudspeakers, two ULTRA‑X40 point source loudspeakers, four UPQ-1P wide coverage loudspeakers, six 750‑LFC very compact low-frequency control elements, and four 1100-LFC low-frequency control elements.
Following the event, ShowTech’s Senior Project Manager and event sound technician Jesper Christiansen noted the efficiency of using the Meyer Sound system to power CPHFW x Boozt, saying that when ShowTech created their design in MAPP, that is exactly what happened when the venue was set up and ready.
