Error Register MAPP 3D

Actually I used the guide that have Meyer to install The MAPP 3D but, in the moment of the registration of my computer, I had an error, I wrote everything in the way that said the guide but isn't works...
I tried intall both Versions to Windows but I got the same error, I will Add the screenshot.
A Error said that I had to put a name with minimum 12 Characters... after change, I got another Error that Said... "incorrect Device name or Reservation Code" but i check and its right !!!!
Plz help me... Im tired of install and uninstall the program to run it...
