CueStation Etudes 1 to 3

CueSchool Etudes: A set of exercises to go from basic concepts to advanced applications.
Part 1 - Moving Sound, the early years.
Etude 1
Using the Pan control to move the sound.
Create the following cues and put them in a Cue List. Controls that are not specified may be required, but the settings are left to your discretion. The cues will be called by the stage manager.
Input 1 is Radio.
Cue 0, Preset Cue
This cue needs to setup your complete signal path, so that all Cue 1 needs to set would be the input 1 fader level.
(must include: Input 1 Level, Input Pan, Input Bus Assign, All Bus Masters set to unity (0), The Matrix set to diagonal at unity, All Output Masters set to unity, and the Grand Master set to unity. Do not set or capture any trim controls.)
Cue 1, Radio fades up in Speaker 1 in 5 seconds.
(you only need to capture Input 1 Level)
Cue 2. Radio pans from Speaker 1 to Speaker 2 in 5 seconds.
(you only need to capture Input 1 Pan)
Cue 3. Radio fades out in 5 seconds.
(you only need to capture Input 1 Level)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Etude 2
(reassignment of bus assign buttons)
Edit Cue 2 in your Etude 1 project so that Cue 2 now pans the sound from Speaker 1 to Speaker 3.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Etude 3
use of matrix row subcues
(- note the pan power error with matrix row cross fades)
The following cues will be called by the stage manager.
Do NOT use the Pan control.
Do NOT use a SpaceMap.
Use only ONE input and ONE bus.
Cue 1, Radio fades up in Speaker 1 in 5 seconds.
Cue 2. Radio pans from Speaker 1 to Speaker 2 in 5 seconds.
