Application crashing on Mac M1 OSX 12.1

The application keeps crashing after about 2 seconds. In those 2 seconds I can see that the app is activated and my device is in the my devices tab of my account. I deleted the release map and documents map, cleaned waste bin and re-downloaded the installer to re-install the app, but it keeps crashing. Could anybody advise me what to do?

For assistance from Meyer Sound, please click the button above labelled SUBMIT FEATURE REQUEST OR BUG REPORT, then select MAPP 3D from the Product drop-down, and select either REPORT A BUG or TROUBLESHOOTING for the Inquiry type.

I did, but it seems that I must simply wait for an update to come out...

Hello Niek,

I had the same issue as you have, and the answer was to delete the existing loudspeaker database, then open the program again and reinstal the loudspeakers.

I can't remember where the database is installed on mac, maybe some of the moderators can help with that, because Festival Season started and I think it will be usefull for other users who have the same issue with the crash thing.

I did that with assistance on zoom and I didn't had a crash since I did that.

This issue will be resolved in the next update.
