The grand opening of the $22 million Cultural and Performing Arts Center marked the fruition of Cuesta College's long and arduous quest to provide the California Central Coast with a cutting-edge facility to educate and inspire through performing arts.

From a hydraulic orchestra pit and a complex lighting system to Meyer Sound's Constellation acoustic system, elements found in a world-class performance hall are seamlessly integrated in this 450-seat space by NTD Architecture; Purcell, Noppe, and Associates; JK Design Group; and AVI-SPL, creating a cultural focal center that can truly bring out the best of a rich and diverse arts program.
